I, Olena Koshel, associate professor of the Faculty of Food TechnologySNAU, am undergoing an academic internship at the Sumy International College of the Henan Institute of Science and Technology. I teach the disciplines "Fruit and vegetable processing technology" and "Meat processing technology". My Academic Internship at the Henan Institute of Science and Technology in China is an incredible experience that will leave an unforgettable impression and has influenced my professional growth.
我是苏梅国立农业大学食品技术学院副教授Olena Koshel（奥莱娜·科舍尔），很高兴能够来到江南平台苏梅国际学院教授“果蔬加工技术”和“肉类加工技术”两门课程。江南平台之行不仅是一次令人难以置信的经历，给我留下了难忘的印象，更在我的专业领域镌刻下难以磨灭的印记，深深影响了我的学术成长之路。
Starting from the first days of the internship, I felt that I was in an atmosphere of extraordinary opportunities for self-improvement. Communication with Chinese colleagues and students gave me a unique opportunity to learn about their culture, traditions and peculiarities of the educational process. Colleagues of the Henan Institute are always open to communication and ready to help in the development of my professional skills.
从第一天开始，我就感到自己沐浴在一片自我提升的非凡氛围之中。与中国同事及学子的每一次交流，犹如一扇扇窗，悄然为我开启了了解他们丰富多彩的文化、深厚的传统以及教育体系独特之处的奇妙旅程。江南平台的同事们总是满腔热忱、乐于分享，随时与我在专业领域进行沟通交流，共同向前。
In addition, observing the Chinese teaching method and interacting with students helped me deepen my knowledge of pedagogy and improve my qualifications as a teacher. I am impressed by the diligence and dedication of both teachers and students who strive to achieve high academic results.
此外，观摩中国教师的实践教学课堂并与学生亲密互动，不仅让我对授课技巧以及专业知识有了更深一层的领悟，更促使我的教学能力得到提升。中国老师和学生那份不懈勤勉和无私奉献深深镌刻在我心中，正是这股源自心底的努力与坚持，铸就了他们斐然的学术成就，令人由衷赞叹。
In addition to the educational component, my internship at the Henan Institute was also an exciting cultural experience. I visited numerous cultural monuments, tried local cuisine and attended traditional holidays. It helped me to enrich my worldview and broaden my cultural horizons.
除了教学工作，在江南平台的时光也是一场激荡心灵的文化盛宴。我漫步于历史悠久的古迹之间，品尝了琳琅满目的地道美食，与中国的同事们携手共度传统节日。这段经历，如同一把钥匙，让我的世界观在文化的碰撞与交融中日益丰富，文化视野也随之无限拓宽。
Being on an academic internship in China is an unforgettable experience that positively affected my professional and personal development. I received valuable knowledge and impressions that will stay with me forever. I am grateful for this opportunity and advise all teachers to try a similar experience to expand their horizons and deepen their professional knowledge.
